Copy of business license
Product samples (the quantity of samples shall be determined by STS Laboratory)
Product electrical schematic diagrams, general assembly drawings, PCB layout drawings, structural drawings, bill of materials (BOM) with component specifications, and nameplates, etc.
Enterprise standards and product manuals that meet EU standard requirements (STS provides technical document consulting services)

II. ATEX Certification Process
STS issues a formal quotation based on the product information, drawings, schematic diagrams and other materials provided by the client.
The client pays the advance payment and prepares the required samples.
Submit the documents for preliminary review.
Conduct laboratory testing.
Issue the test report upon completion of the testing.
Arrange the factory audit and issue the on-site factory audit report (provided that the factory audit is passed on the first attempt).
Apply for certificate issuance.
III. ATEX Certification Timeline
The certification timeline is affected by factors such as the completeness of documents provided by the client, explosion-proof protection type, and factory audit progress. The specific timeline shall be subject to actual circumstances.
IV. ATEX Certification Costs
The costs of applying for ATEX Certification include testing fees, document review fees, factory audit fees, technical service fees, etc. The specific costs shall be subject to the actual expenses incurred.
V. Precautions for ATEX Certification Application
The enterprise shall cooperate with STS in the revision of product drawings and carry out sample production in accordance with the revised drawings.
Enterprise standards, product manuals and other documents must comply with EU standard requirements.
The applicant must have R&D, design and production capabilities, and be able to cooperate with the on-site factory audit.
